Official Receivership

The Foreclosure Department carries out the foreclosure of owner-occupied apartments, single and multiple family houses and owner-occupied residential facilities, including industrial areas of any size.

Construction, completion and renovation work on the properties being managed has already been carried out successfully several times, with the subsequent sale of the properties.
